STAY UPDATED WITH OUR COVID-19 POLICIES

Updated: November 16, 2020

This list helps answer some of the most frequently asked questions about some of the upgrades we've made in our operating procedures due to COVID 19. It is a combination of CDC recommendations as well as getting direct feedback from some of our most frequent clients.

  1. We have contracted a fully insured local cleaning company that will be deep cleaning and disinfecting the entire facility 7 days per week with 6 labor hours in the evening. We've also contracted a Porter to be present for an additional hour at noon to wipe down and disinfect highly touchable areas like equipment handles, doorknobs, handrails, counter tops, table tops etc. We also purchased a Misting Machine that will spray a disinfectant mist on all the fitness equipment multiple times per day.
  2. Rapid COVID tests will be administered upon reporting and must have a negative result before training and billing commences. If the athlete leaves for an all-star game, they will be required to take another Rapid COVID test before they resume their training. We have a local physician who is also a client that will be prioritizing our athletes.
  3. We have installed touchless paper towel dispensers, hand soap dispensers, and hand sanitizing stations.
  4. We installed 6 additional touchless paper towel dispensers to place throughout the facility with disinfectant spray bottles making it easy for members to wipe down equipment after each use. This will be in addition to the disinfectant wipes we currently have stationed throughout the facility.
  5. We have moved equipment (including our cardio area) to meet the 6' social distancing guidelines. Moveable equipment must stay in the areas that are designated by floor tape.
  6. We have installed UV lighting into all 5 HVAC units to kill any virus or bacteria that may be airborne in the gym.
  7. We have suspended our towel service until further notice. Please make it a point to bring your own towels, water bottles, gloves, straps or any additional accessories you require for working out.
  8. We purchased 3 touchless thermometers and are requiring mandatory temperatures checks upon entry. As per the CDC recommendations, if you have a fever of 100.4 or higher, you will be denied access to the facility and are recommended to receive a COVID test. If you test positive, you may then return after you are symptom free for 72 hours.
  9. We will have a maximum of 12 players training together at one time with two coaches to adhere to our 1:6 Coach to Athlete ratio and help maintain social distancing.
  10. The curtains will be down in the field house at all times during to encourage social distancing.
  11. We removed the Plexiglas from the windows in the field house to give us the option to open all windows and doors for a great cross breeze on appropriate days. Athletes will be required to wash hands before and after every workout. So simple yet so important.
  12. Athletes must respect all signage around the facility and have a heightened awareness to return any equipment used to its designated location when finished using it.

We wanted you to know we are doing everything possible to ensure our facility is 100% ready for the war against COVID. This new standard of cleanliness is something we do not take lightly and is a challenge we have met head on.

Please feel free to reach out with any further comments or suggestions.
