Lauren is a graduate from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. She has been in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years as a personal trainer. Her passion turned towards nutrition and she has started her own business, Absolute Nutrition Solutions, in partnership with TEAM TEST. With this added focus on nutrition, it completes the world-class level of coaching and education to help our clients attain the best results possible.

Lauren worked with the 2019 TEST Football Academy NFL Combine Prep class with 35 athletes yielding a body fat loss of 233lbs and a lean body mass gain of 237lbs for a total swing of 470lbs. 

In her spare time, she loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her husband, their son, Jackson, and dog, Harley.
